Job summary

The Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time crew member to join our cabinetry install team. You’ll support field crews on custom installs, read plans, move materials, and help with cabinet installation and finishing touch-ups across jobsites.

Starting pay is $24/hour, with benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and steady year-round work.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or related jobsite experience.
• Comfortable reading plans and following installation instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel between job sites required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support full team alignments across active jobsites - running material, tools, and parts where the crew needs them.
• Assist with punch list work - finish details, corrections, and final touch-ups that get a job to completion.
• Provide field support to Project Managers, helping keep jobs on schedule and communication flowing between the field and office.
• Help with cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry tasks as needed.
• Move between jobsites to fill in wherever support is needed that day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Work alongside Apprentices, carpenters, and PMs as part of a crew.
