Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include remodeling across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry, from small patches to complete home rebuilds.

We offer a daily vehicle stipend, six major holidays paid, and accruable PTO. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, with double time after 60. Growth opportunities exist within a busy, nationwide contractor network.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry.
• Reliable and hardworking individuals needed.
• Provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move materials.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry.
• Work on projects from patch and paint to full home rebuilds.
• Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to meet project goals.
• Operate safely and move heavy materials as required.

Salary Range

$25 To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
