Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI, based in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Lead Carpenter for year-round, full-time work with benefits. The role pays $25–$32 per hour, plus a vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO. Overtime past 40 hours and double time after 60 hours apply.

Advancement opportunities exist within a growing company. We require remodeling experience, own tools, and reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen, and provide a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile and flooring, carpentry.
• Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to complete projects on schedule.
• Contribute to all construction phases; water mitigation is not part of this role.

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
