The Position:

We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you possess, the more opportunities we can offer. Our projects range from small patches and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. With consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a sought-after opportunity for a permanent position.

The starting pay is $25+ per hour, with negotiable rates based on your skills and expertise. We also provide a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Benefits include six paid major holidays, PTO accrual, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours, and advancement opportunities. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction trades
• Remodeling experience; proficiency in Drywall, Finish Carpentry, Painting
• Lead and/or Management experience
• Ability to train other carpenters
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
