LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

The Position:

We seek full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (Drywall, Painting, Tile, Flooring, Carpentry, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Our projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. With consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a sought-after opportunity for permanent employment.

Starting pay is $25+ per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Benefits include six paid major holidays, PTO accrual, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours, and advancement opportunities. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction trades
• Remodeling experience with proficiency in Drywall, Finish Carpentry, Painting
• Lead and/or management experience
• Ability to train other carpenters
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own tools required
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
