Position Details

Salary Range: Starts at $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

The Role:

Seeking full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The scope varies from minor patches to complete home rebuilds. We offer consistent work, strong leadership, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay starting at $22-$30, plus a daily vehicle stipend.
• Paid holidays (six major holidays), PTO, and a floating holiday starting 2024.
• Overtime paid at 40+ hours/week, double time after 60 hours.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
