Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a skilled Home Service Technician to join our team in the North State area. The role focuses on high-quality carpentry, remodeling, and maintenance work for homes, with an emphasis on safety, trust, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll contribute to keeping homes safe and well-maintained while delivering reliable service to our neighbors in Redding and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable)
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Able to consistently work required hours.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties.
• Proficient in Kitchen and Bath Remodels.
• Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills.
• Read and write legibly.
• Possesses basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate with others.
• Ability to perform services required by our customers.
• Ability to follow TruBlue’s policies and procedures.
• Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair.
• Possesses own tools and knows how to use them.
