What You’ll Do

As a technician, you will be the face of TruBlue, performing a variety of tasks that keep homes safe and functional.

General Repairs:Tackle "honey-do" lists including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, misc. interior/exterior and flooring repairs.

Safety Upgrades:Install grab bars, ramps, and other accessibility modifications to support seniors.

Maintenance:Perform seasonal home tune-ups and basic plumbing/electrical fixes (e.g., changing fixtures, fixing toilets).

Customer Connection:Build trust with clients through clear communication, respectful behavior, and "clean-as-you-go" professionalism.

Who You Are

Experienced:3-5+ years of paid experience in home repairs, remodeling, or a specialized trade.

Skilled:Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Reliable:You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Empathetic:You enjoy helping people and can communicate effectively with seniors and their families.

Requirements:

• Reliable and presentable transportation.
• Full set of basic tools including drill, impact, saw, and other carpentry-related tools.
