The role requires 5+ years of carpentry experience, OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain), and a valid driver's license. You will contribute to on-site construction, maintenance, and safety on every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry or related building construction experience.
• Proficient reading blueprints or shop drawings.
• Experience with estimating project costs and timelines.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within one month.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
