Job summary

Construction Resources International, Inc. is seeking a Carpenter – Bridge/Concrete Form Crew to build and dismantle forms for concrete structures on bridge and dam projects across Southeast and Southwest Wisconsin.

The role requires reliability, travel willingness, a valid driver's license, and union involvement; prior bridge or forming experience is preferred. Union benefits and training access are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Member of a Local Carpenters Union or willing to become a union member; union membership is not required prior to employment.
• Prior bridge construction and/or general construction experience (preferred).
• Bridge decking experience (preferred).
• Proficient in building form footings, forming walls and wings, and tying corners using concrete forming systems.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as required.
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and in dirty and dusty environments.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Madison, Fort Atkinson, and other areas.
