Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking a Carpenter Apprentice in Aurora, CO. You will assist carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing building frameworks, including walls, floors and doorframes, using hand and power tools.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be enrolled in an apprenticeship. Expect to learn by doing on diverse projects with a strong safety culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in apprenticeship program or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 70+ miles.
• Able to read basic blueprints and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters to construct, install, and repair building frameworks (walls, floors, doorframes).
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
• Fit and install window/door frames and trim.
• Maintain clean work area and tools; follow safety procedures.
