Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction, carpentry, framing, general labor, or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding and ability to demonstrate experience in the use of construction tools and job site safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and transfer measurements to material.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a carpenter role.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands-on training.
• Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship.
