The roles involve reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, installing cabinetry and trim, maintaining safety, and collaborating with teammates to meet project specs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, finish work, or residential remodel work (apprentices welcome).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed project plans.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for custom builds.
• Install cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, and other finish carpentry elements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
• Apprentices will support journeyman carpenters and develop hands-on skills on the job.
