Aerotek is seeking a Carpenter Apprentice based in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will assist skilled carpenters with daily construction tasks including measuring, cutting and assembling materials, and operating tools under supervision.

Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, while benefitting from hands-on training in a supportive environment. The pay range is $20 - $24/hr, with full onsite requirements.

Job Description

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will assist skilled carpenters with daily construction and carpentry tasks. You will measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under supervision, install basic structures such as framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures, and safely operate hand tools and power tools. Additionally, you will read and follow basic drawings, plans, or instructions, learn proper construction methods and techniques, maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, load, unload, and transport materials as needed, and support team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
