Job summary

PBZ Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction professional for high-end residential projects in West Stoughton, MA. The role involves framing, siding, roofing, and trim work, with focus on client satisfaction and quality execution.

Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience, be self-driven, reliable, and able to mentor others. A valid driver’s license and drug screening are required, with a flexible schedule to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction.
• High-end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable work ethic.
• Self-starter with honesty, integrity and motivation to deliver quality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish high-end residential projects, including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Meet schedules and timelines and maintain quality workmanship.
• Represent PBZ Construction, Inc. in a highly professional manner at all times.
• Mentor and train junior staff and ensure safety compliance.

We are looking for a qualified construction professional to help execute the construction of these projects. We have been in business for 27 years and are looking for a long term employee.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Quickly understand a customized project
• Experience in high-end residential construction. Including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Must be a self-starter, passionate, have honesty/integrity, highly motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work without supervision
• Enjoy mentoring and training the inexperienced
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Enjoy diversity of different aspects of residential construction
• Must pass a drug test presently and randomly
