Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a skilled construction worker to oversee residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have significant construction experience, the ability to run projects with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include directing crew members, performing necessary tasks to meet deadlines, and maintaining oversight from start to completion. A competitive compensation package is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
• Ability to speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Valid Social Security number.

Experience

Residential and Commercial Construction experience with knowledge of framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile, and masonry.

Requirements

• Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
• Valid Social Security number with a valid SS #
• Reliable transportation
• Overtime when necessary
• Clean valid driver’s license
• 5 years of experience
• Working knowledge and ability to safely operate shop tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to speak professionally with clients
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot various issues
• Ability to run projects with minimal supervision

Qualifications

A successful candidate should be familiar with all phases of restoration, work independently and with crew members, troubleshoot all aspects of various projects, and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience.
