Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience in framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Self-starter with honesty, integrity, motivation and goal orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work without supervision and mentor inexperienced staff.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable to meet schedules and timelines.
• Represent PBZ Construction, Inc. in the utmost professional manner at all times.
• Oversee on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Quickly understand a customized project
• Experience in high-end residential construction. Including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Must be a self-starter, passionate, have honesty/integrity, highly motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work without supervision
• Enjoy mentoring and training the inexperienced
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Enjoy diversity of different aspects of residential construction
• Must pass a drug test presently and randomly
