Job summary

BLVD Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled carpenter for on-site work at Milton, ON. The role requires 2–3 years of carpentry experience and a Secondary school graduation certificate. You will measure, cut, shape, and install wooden structures, assist with foundations, walls, and roofing, and guide apprentices on site.

The position is permanent, full-time with standard hours (40 per week) and on-site work. Travel and safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of carpentry experience.
• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and related materials.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Instruct apprentices
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
