LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

Starting at $25+ hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position: We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywall, Painting, Tile, Flooring, Carpentry, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Our projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. With a steady workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a great opportunity for a permanent position.

Compensation starts at $25+ per hour, with negotiable rates based on skills and expertise, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO accrual, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours, and advancement opportunities. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.
