Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in South Burlington, VT. The Carpenter will perform a range of construction and reconstruction tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and installation of structural and decorative elements. Daily work includes reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, and safely operating hand tools and power tools. The Carpenter will assist with rebuilding areas affected by water, fire, and mold damage, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers and other trade professionals, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills, including experience with residential and light commercial construction.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, with a demonstrated commitment to safe tool use.
• Experience in framing and structural carpentry tasks.
• Ability to perform finish carpentry, including trim, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed work.
