The role requires versatility across building interior and exterior tasks, including casework, plexiglass, doors, corian, office partitions, ceilings, and regulatory repairs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for maintenance collaborations.

Qualifications

• Competencies and trainings required for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Valid PA Driver's License may be required.

• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
