Tower Health in Reading Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will perform routine direct patient care activities in line with established policies to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork and a solid understanding of medical terminology, with a focus on attentive patient service and collaborative care within the hospital team.

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for the role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

We are a 24 bed medical-surgical unit designed to treat patients who have both an active medical illness, as well as an active psychiatric illness. N3W staff work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
