Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure proper execution.
  • Use hand and power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform carpentry work related to renovations, repairs, alterations, and construction projects, including the installation and finishing of drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related building components.
  • Install and repair doors, windows, trim, millwork, hardware, partitions, and other interior and exterior building features.
  • Modify and reconfigure existing spaces by removing or constructing walls, installing partitions, and making structural and non-structural alterations to support facility needs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution and compliance with design requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete projects safely, efficiently
