Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
• Completion of carpentry apprenticeship or trade program.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience on active job sites with tight schedules and safety-first operations.
• Familiarity with steel stud framing and concrete formwork.
• Passion for building lasting things.
• Collaborative mindset and pride in team success.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and execute commercial carpentry work.
• Construct, install, and repair structural components and finish materials (wood, wallboard, formwork).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Climb ladders and work from lifts or scaffolding at various heights.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, always wearing PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free job site.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and execute commercial carpentry work.
• Construct, install, and repair structural components and finish materials (wood, wallboard, formwork, etc.).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
