Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Carpenter in Kissimmee, FL to join our field team. You will build rough wooden structures, conform to sketches and safety protocols, and work outdoors in all weather. You must provide own basic carpentry tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Candidates with 3 years of commercial construction carpenter experience and familiarity with vertical and horizontal concrete forms are preferred. The role is full-time, on-site, with standard construction schedules.

Qualifications

• 3 years Commercial Construction Carpenter experience preferred.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal concrete forms, and gang forms preferred.
• Must be able to work at elevated heights, frequently lift materials weighing up to 50lbs and work in outside all weather conditions.

• Build rough wooden structures, such as vertical and horizontal concrete forms, gang forms, blocking, Johnny clamp forms, scaffolds, tunnel, bridge, or sewer supports, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
• Must be able to provide own tools including, but not limited to, hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.
• May be required to work in outside all weather conditions

• Build rough wooden structures, such as vertical and horizontal concrete forms, gang forms, blocking, Johnny clamp forms, scaffolds, tunnel, bridge, or sewer supports, billboard signs, and temporary frame shelters, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
• Must be able to provide own tools including, but not limited to, hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.
• May be required to work in outside all weather conditions
