Superior Construction is seeking skilled craft workers for field-based roles on heavy civil, roadway, and bridge projects in the United States. The role involves working at heights and operating manlifts, contributing to form construction, concrete pours, and site safety compliance.
Candidates should be familiar with reading blueprints, maintaining equipment, and following OSHA standards. This full-time position requires reliability and may involve long hours in outdoor construction environments.
We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. A skilled craft worker is an essential cog in the wheel of any Superior Construction project. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Applicant must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. Your role within the company will include participation in site safety, protection of the environment, and construction of exciting and challenging projects.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This is a field base role. The employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.
This is a full-time position. This position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.
The role requires no travel.
