Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a skilled Carpenter (Construction Services Lead) to perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and flooring on small projects. You will ensure high-quality results and excellent service to clients, with opportunities to participate in larger projects as needed.

The role requires 4+ years of carpentry experience, strong construction skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A valid driver's license and your own basic hand tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Drywall hanging, patching/finishing and plaster repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry (doors, trim, molding)
• Flooring installation (tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT)
• Window removal and installation
• Basic service-level MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Selective demolition for reconstruction
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied spaces
• Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management
• Site inspections to ensure codes and standards are met
• Assist with scheduling, punch lists, and material logistics
• Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination

We’re looking for a skilled and hands‑on Carpenter (Construction Services Lead) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets would include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality results and excellent service to our clients.

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)
• Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl
• Window removal and installation
• Basic service‑level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses
• Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: This position involves performing physical activities and may require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
