Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated team of construction professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures across a variety of educational, healthcare, industrial, and commercial settings. From framing walls to installing cabinetry, you will play an essential role in our general contracting projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of carpentry techniques, exhibits meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials.
• Interpret and work directly from blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.
• Perform essential tasks including framing, cabinetry work, stair layout, and interior finishing.
• Utilize a wide variety of hand and power tools while ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with other construction professionals to complete projects.
• Strictly maintain and adhere to all established safety protocols and procedures.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2?3 years of experience as a Carpenter specifically in commercial or industrial construction.

• Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in safely using a variety of hand and power tools specific to carpentry.
• Physical Demands: Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
• Quality & Communication: Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, effective communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
