Cedar Park Group is currently hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter for a 2-month commercial project in Utica, NY. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews and deliver high-quality carpentry work from framing to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on-site

• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and other skilled carpentry tasks

• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and project timelines are met

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and commercial building codes

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
