Mr Handyman is seeking a Carpenter/Handyman Professional to perform small to medium maintenance and repair tasks for homes and commercial properties. The role offers a company van with gas card, iPad tech, and a back office that handles scheduling to let you focus on customers.

You’ll work independently, manage customer expectations, and document jobs using the Mr. Handyman Way. Requires 8+ years of handyman experience and own tools.

• 8+ years of paid handyman experience.

• Able to work at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects (2 hours to 2 days).
• Explain scope and costs to customers and manage expectations.
• Create life-long customers by delivering a great experience.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Document each job following the Mr. Handyman process and wear PPE.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
