Job summary

• Safe and confident use of power tools and hand tools in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to job-site safety, cleanliness, infection control, and working respectfully in active healthcare environments.
• Reliable transportation to Southern CA job sites and ability to work full-time, on-site.
• Previous experience as a Carpenter in commercial construction; apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, ability to follow direction, and work effectively as part of a diverse project team.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Anaheim, CA. The Carpenter will perform rough and finish carpentry work on commercial and healthcare-related construction projects, including framing, installation of doors, trim, casework, and other building components. Day-to-day duties include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, safely operating hand and power tools, and assisting with layout and setup on the job site. The role also involves collaborating with project supervisors and other trades to maintain schedules, uphold safety and infection-control requirements, and ensure clean, organized work areas. The Carpenter is expected to maintain high craftsmanship standards, follow company procedures, and support a culture of safety, communication, and teamwork.
