They are seeking a carpenter who still enjoys stepping back at the end of the day and appreciating the work that was built. This is a hands-on role for someone who sets the tone on a job site through skill, professionalism, and respect for the trade.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-level carpentry including framing, finish work, trim, and custom details
• Read and execute plans with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Solve problems in the field while maintaining high standards
• Help mentor and guide other less seasoned carpenters who are serious about the trade
