Job summary

Thoughtforms is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team for high-quality residential construction projects in Boston, MA on-site.

You will read blueprints, frame, install doors and windows, and collaborate with subcontractors while upholding safety and craftsmanship standards.

This full-time W-2 role offers competitive pay and benefits, with travel to local project sites required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own basic carpentry tools.

Compensation

$22.00 to $36.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the Construction Supervisor and other trades to ensure that each project meets design, quality, and safety standards. We are seeking someone with attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
