Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the Carolinas region to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships with golf courses, retailers, and partners.

You will develop strategic territory plans, analyze pipeline and market trends, lead account development, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet regional goals. Travel frequently within the Southeast is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Leadership experience or mentoring sales reps preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage regional accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and overall territory performance for the Carolinas.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities.
