Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate to manage parts delivery, routing, and inventory support in the Charleston region. You will assist field personnel, coordinate with the warehouse, and help ensure timely availability of materials for jobs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong independence, accurate data entry, and a valid driver's license. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic service environment and effective communication with

Responsabilidades

• Supply houses: pick up parts and deliver to jobs; collect paperwork as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to plan routes and deliveries for field personnel.
• Prepare materials for jobs and assist with inventory activities (monthly).
• Ensure field personnel have necessary supplies for jobs.
• Check pricing on purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.

What You’ll Do

• Go to the supply houses, pick up parts and deliver them to the jobs as well as pick up parts/paperwork from the field personnel as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to plan routes, pick up, and deliver materials to field personnel
• Help with preparing materials for jobs as needed
• Help with physical inventory (monthly)
• Help in AM with getting the field personnel out of shop
• Help ensure field personnel have what they need for jobs
• Check pricing on PO’s
• Communicate with suppliers
• Check product in from suppliers when needed
• Other tasks as requested by the warehouse supervisor, General Manager and CEO

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to accurately enter information in the computer
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and managers
• Must have valid drivers’ license and a good driving record
• Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
