Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is hiring a customer service professional to support our service team in the Charleston region and beyond. You will handle inquiries, schedule field visits, and maintain accurate customer records, helping turn frustrated customers into repeat, repeat customers.

• Two years of customer service and/or field service logistics experience.
• Strong Computer skills – MS Office, database management, etc.
• Clear, confident, & effective communicator over the phone (with customers) and in person (with team).
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate problems and find solutions.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Good time-management, balancing priorities.
• Self-starter and able to work without supervision.
• Competitive, ambitious and results oriented, energized by achieving goals.

What You’ll Do

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
