Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years US driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Work on forced-air, boilers, oil, ductless, and high-velocity systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, electrical, fuel, and refrigerant issues.
• Maintain truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend upgrades.
• Support junior technicians as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
• Work on forced-air, boilers (steam & hot water), oil, ductless, and high-velocity systems
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, electrical, fuel, and refrigerant issues
• Maintain truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend comfort or efficiency upgrades
• Support junior technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and HVAC knowledge
• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role
