Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work long hours and travel.
  • Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day pipeline construction activities and field operations.
  • Supervise foremen, operators, laborers, welders, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work schedules.
  • Ensure pipeline installation, welding, coating, lowering-in, backfilling, hydrotesting, and restoration meet specs.
  • Monitor production, quality, and job progress to maintain schedules.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, company representatives, engineers, and contractors.
  • Review plans, drawings, specifications, and work scopes for proper execution.
  • Track equipment, materials, manpower, and production reports.
  • Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and changes in scope.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate project status to management.
  • Ensure crews operate and maintain heavy equipment and construction tools.
  • Assist with tie-ins, crossings, bores, and other construction activities.
  • Promote a safe, productive, and professional work environment.

Job description

Responsible for overseeingdaily pipeline construction operations from start to completion while ensuringwork is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.Supervises field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and production activitieswhile maintaining communication with project management, inspectors, and thecustomer.
