Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Carline Specialist in Cleveland, OH to support OEM dealer relationships and grow tire sales. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide product knowledge, and collaborate with sales teams to convert opportunities into orders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales/service experience or equivalent work
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• General knowledge of Alliance partner car models, tire sizes and compatibility
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, Salesforce, MS Teams, Workday and related systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from customers and respond to inquiries within one business day
• Proactively call current and potential customers to grow dealer tire sales
• Process orders accurately on a daily basis and coordinate with warehouses
• Resolve delivery issues and assist with program elements and promotions
• Input notes into the contact center system and participate in training
