Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor at our Carlin operation to lead and develop a maintenance team. You will coach technicians, optimize maintenance plans, and ensure safe, reliable equipment performance in a fast-paced mining environment.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll establish maintenance strategies with production, drive PM activities, and maintain accurate documentation while fostering a safe, productive crew. This role offers growth within a leading gold producer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a maintenance function.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Technical training in maintenance and/or mechanics (diploma/cert/cert) preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and contractors at all levels.
• Ability to pace work and prioritize with minimal supervision.

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Supervisor at our Carlin operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and support of a crew of maintenance technicians


• Provide training and coaching for technicians

• Ability to understand own role and how it contributes to the overall output and business objectives required


• Ability to pace own work and work unsupervised along with the capability of adjusting priorities when necessary required


• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in all media forms, including the ability to deliver clear and concise information to employees and contractors on all levels required


• Demonstrated ability to perform essential function of the position required
