Job summary

CKE in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities ensuring guest satisfaction, quality products, and high team performance.

The GM will drive financial results, manage scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies, while upholding core values and promoting effective communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations (preferably QSR).
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management experience.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities at all times. This role ensures all employees (GMT / GMIT, Shift Managers, Shift Leaders, Team Leaders and Crew Persons) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

Fast paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Stand for long periods of time. Bend and stoop. Work around heat. Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably. Work with various cleaning products.
