Carl’s Jr. is seeking a Shift Leader in Eugene, OR to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead the team across front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and prep, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are 18 or older
• Can lead by example and support others

• Have a Food Handler’s Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
