Job summary

Ultipro in Lynwood, CA seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance. You will supervise GMT/GMIT, Shift Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew, ensuring duties align with job descriptions and company policies.

The role requires a High School diploma, 3 years in restaurant ops, strong budgeting and P&L experience, and proven leadership. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Job description

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities at all times. This role ensures all employees (GMT / GMIT, Shift Managers, Shift Leaders, Team Leaders and Crew Persons) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

• Attends training to remain current on industry trends
• Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess 3 years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations (preferably QSR)
• Must have basic knowledge of computers
• Must have financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management experience
• Must have excellent planning and time management skills
• Must have team building skills
• Must have investigative and problem-solving skills
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
• Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
