Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. in California seeks a General Manager responsible for all restaurant activities, delivering quality product and guest service while leading GMT/GMIT, Shift Managers and crews.

You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L, ensure compliance with company policies, drive guest satisfaction and team development in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role emphasizes strong leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to company values in a dynamic workplace

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess 3 years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Must have basic knowledge of computers.
• Must have financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management experience.
• Must have excellent planning and time management skills.
• Must have team building skills.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results.
• Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
