Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current valid Texas Driver's License with no accidents or outstanding tickets.
• Prefer to be a licensed CNA in the state of Texas in good standing.
• Must read, write and follow oral and written directions to accomplish the job.
• Able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with staff.
• Capable of lifting and transitioning residents; able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities via facility van.
• Schedule medical appointments and maintain drive logs.
• Participate in surveys and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and treat residents with kindness and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
