• Report maintenance problems to the Maintenance Director immediately.
• Maintain professional, courteous conduct with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth community operations.
• Assist with cleaning of resident bedrooms when needed; change bedding and do laundry as required.
