Responsibilities

• Keep resident apartments clean and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy and personal space while serving them.
• Maintain clean common areas such as the lobby, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services and ensure clean linens are available.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards while using cleaning products and equipment.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful way and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Participate in required training and comply with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulations.
• Contribute to a fresh, safe, and inviting environment every day.

What You'll Do

• Keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and complete other routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy, belongings, preferences, and personal space while providing services.
• Maintain clean and inviting common areas, including the lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
• Care for carpets and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and other floor-care tasks.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment while following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful way and communicate concerns to the appropriate community leader.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist with community safety procedures when needed.
• Complete required training and follow all company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Take pride in your work and help create an environment that feels fresh, safe, and inviting every day.

What You Bring
