Job summary

Milestone in Oregon City is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, keep the dining room clean, and support a team that creates a welcoming community.

You’ll interact with residents and families, accommodate dietary needs, follow safety standards, and help maintain a warm, professional atmosphere. A High School diploma and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling licenses as required.
• Must be 18+ and pass health screenings and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with safety standards.
• Assist coworkers to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
