Care Resources in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA provides physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and supports a compassionate program for the elderly.

The role is Monday–Friday daytime, based at the clinic and day center with travel to client homes in Kent County. Requires PTA license and at least 1 year of PTA experience; prior experience with frail seniors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a PTA.
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience.
• Prior experience with frail or elderly population is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to assigned participants under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday day shift, hourly position.
• Travel to client homes in Kent County as needed.
