Job summary

Unidine in Hamilton, MT is hiring a part-time Patient Server to support bedside meal service on assigned units. Two 12-hour shifts per week with days and hours varying; rotating weekends and holidays. Prior kitchen or serving experience preferred, training provided where needed.

You'll deliver trays, take menu selections, and ensure dietary requirements are followed, while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines. Shift meals and uniform are provided as perks.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or serving experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when taking menu selections and delivering trays.
• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Ensures dietary restrictions are followed per diet orders and patient needs.
• Assembles trays according to menu selections on tray tickets.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet prescriptions.
• Retrieves trays from patients' rooms and maintains patient information up to date.
